Reservation, Cancellation and Refund Terms

Welcome to Türkan Cave Hotel. Below you can find our reservation, cancellation and refund terms, which we have created transparently to ensure your stay is smooth and enjoyable. These terms apply to all reservations made through our website, call center or other channels.

1. Service Delivery (Check-in)

The "delivery" of your reservation is completed when your hotel check-in process is completed and your room key is delivered to you.

Our hotel check-in time is 14:00, and check-out time is 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out requests may be evaluated depending on our hotel's availability and may be subject to additional charges.

During check-in procedures, a valid identity document (ID Card, Passport or Driver's License) and the credit card used during reservation may be requested.

2. Reservation Changes and Cancellation Policy

Our hotel's cancellation policies may vary depending on the selected price and accommodation date. Please carefully read the cancellation conditions presented to you during reservation.

Standard Cancellation Policy:

  • No fee is charged for cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date, and any advance payment made is fully refunded.
  • For cancellations or changes made less than 14 days before the arrival date, the total accommodation fee of the reservation is charged and no refund is made.

Non-Refundable Reservations:

Reservations made with special prices marked as "Non-Refundable" do not have cancellation, change or refund options. If the reservation is cancelled or the guest does not arrive at the hotel, the full accommodation fee is charged and no refund is made.

No-Show:

In case of not checking in to the hotel on the reserved date (no-show), the total accommodation fee of the reservation is charged and the reservation is automatically cancelled by the system.

3. Early Departure

No refund is made for our guests who wish to leave the hotel before the reservation end date during their stay. The total amount of the reservation is charged.

4. Refund Process

In cases where a refund right arises in accordance with the cancellation conditions, the refund process is initiated within 7 business days from the moment your request reaches our hotel.

The refund is made in accordance with the payment method used during reservation (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

The time for the refund to reflect in your account or card may vary depending on your bank's internal processes. Our hotel is not responsible for delays arising from your bank.

5. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure events that develop outside the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, war, terrorist acts, epidemic diseases, legal changes, the obligations of the parties arising from this contract may be suspended. In such cases, flexible solutions such as changing reservation dates or refunds under certain conditions will be offered to our guests.

6. Payment Terms

Accepted payment methods during reservation: Credit card, debit card, bank transfer and cash payment are accepted.

Payment Schedule:

  • 30% of the total amount is taken in advance during reservation.
  • The remaining amount is collected 7 days before the accommodation date.
  • For last-minute reservations (less than 7 days), the total amount is taken in advance.

Payment Security:

All payment transactions are protected with SSL certificate. Your credit card information is processed securely and is not stored.

7. Guest Obligations

Our guests are expected to comply with the following rules:

General Rules:

  • Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel. Guests who want to smoke can use designated areas.
  • Alcohol consumption inside the hotel can only be done in designated areas.
  • Making noise and disturbing other guests is prohibited.
  • Compensation is requested from guests who damage hotel items.
  • Pets are not accepted (except guide dogs).

Security:

  • Guests should be careful not to lose their room keys.
  • Safe service is available in our hotel for valuable items.
  • External guests are not accepted.

12. Changes to Terms

Türkan Cave Hotel reserves the right to change these reservation terms without prior notice. Changes become effective from the date they are published on our website.

Existing reservations are subject to the conditions at the time of reservation. New reservations are subject to current conditions.
