Hotel Information

1. Subject of the Contract

This contract regulates the rights and obligations regarding room reservation transactions made by the guest through Türkan Cave Hotel.

2. Entry into Force of the Contract

• The guest accepts the contract by checking the "I have read and accept" box on the website during reservation.
• The contract enters into force when the payment process of the reservation is completed. Payments are made through credit card or debit card via İyzico infrastructure.

3. Delivery of Service (Check-in / Check-out)

• The "delivery" of the reservation is completed with the completion of the hotel check-in process and the delivery of the room key.
• Check-in time: 14:00 | Check-out time: 12:00
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to hotel availability and additional charges.
• A valid identity document and the credit card used during reservation must be presented at check-in.

4. Reservation Change and Cancellation Policy

• Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date are free, advance payment is refunded.
• For cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date, the reservation fee is charged, no refund is made.
• Non-Refundable Reservations: There is no cancellation, change or refund for non-refundable reservations.
• No-Show: In case of not showing up for the reservation, the total accommodation fee is charged.
• Early Departure: No refund is made in case of departure before the reservation end date during accommodation.

5. Refund Process

• In cases that comply with cancellation conditions, the refund process is initiated within 7 business days after the request reaches our hotel.
• The refund is made in accordance with the method used during payment. The hotel is not responsible for bank delays.

6. Force Majeure

In cases beyond control such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, epidemic, legislation changes, obligations arising from the contract may be suspended. The hotel may offer solutions such as changing reservation dates or refunds.

7. Protection of Personal Data (KVKK)

• Collected personal data is processed within the scope of KVKK No. 6698.
• Purpose: Reservation management, service provision, payment transactions, customer communication and marketing.
• Data is shared only with legal obligations or payment infrastructure.
• Guests can use their rights under KVKK Article 11 from [email protected].

8. Applicable Law and Competent Court

• Turkish Republic laws apply to all disputes that may arise from this contract.
• Competent court: Nevşehir Courts.
